Dr. Prince Osei

Prince is the Director and Lead Scientist at Quantum Leap Africa. He is also the Center President at AIMS Ghana. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on the Future of Quantum Economy for the 2023-2024 term. Previously, he was a Fields-Perimeter and Perimeter Institute Postdoctoral research fellow and the Academic Manager for AIMS Ghana. He co-founded Analytics IQ, an Analytics and Actuarial consulting firm in Ghana. He has teaching experience of 14 years, at the University of Ghana, under the Department of Mathematics. Prince holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics, plus an MPhil and BSc in the same field, all from the University of Ghana. Part of his Ph.D. was done at the Department of Mathematics at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. In 2012, he became the first person to be awarded a Ph.D. degree in mathematics by the University of Ghana after 65 years of its existence.
